George previously worked for Genesis Housing Group as Community Development Manager within their charitable subsidiary, Genesis Community, where he worked closely alongside Supported Housing colleagues for many years. He developed some very successful projects that actively engaged older people in positive activities, one of which won NIACE’s Fred Moore Institutional Award.
